Frank Bogaert is a strategy development and operating model design consultant with over 30 years of experience in consulting and industry. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including building products, automotive, and energy.

Since the early 2000’s Frank has served clients as a strategy development and business model design consultant, both independently and as part of teams fielded by other firms. He started his consulting career with Booz-Allen & Hamilton as a strategy consultant. He also was a consultant with The Hackett Group, and held logistics positions with Federal Mogul and APS.
Frank earned a MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University, and an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, with a specialization in Numerical Mathematics. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, where they raised their three children.
